Return Policy

Every Fantasy Ledger is crafted for long journeys and well-loved worlds. If your ledger or bookmarks aren’t the right match, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
• Journals must be unused, unwritten in, and in their original condition
• Bookmarks must be unused and unaltered
• Original packaging must be included
Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the reader.

Items Not Eligible for Return
• Ledgers that have been written in, marked, or loved beyond their first page • Items returned after the 14-day window

Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives battle-worn or flawed, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Once reviewed, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund - no quest required.
